Fabrication

WHITEHALL INDUSTRIES has been machining and fabricating close tolerance aluminum extrusion profiles for over 30 years. We have 35 CNC machining centers with 3, 4 & 5 axis machining capability, a V12 Trunnion Transfer HYDROMAT Precision Transfer Machine, 12 Hydraulic Stamping Presses up to 150 ton, Hydraulic Stretch Bending Presses and in house capability to design and build specialty machine fixtures with sophisticated logic and controls. Our years of experience and machining/fabrication capability give us a vast amount of knowledge, which is pulled from all facets of our organization. Through Design of Manufacturability, this knowledge is applied to every project we pursue by knowing our customer’s quality and dimensional requirements.

Assembly

AssemblyMany of our finished products require some level of component part assembly. We have designed dedicated work cells with automated assembly fixtures and machinery for the high volume jobs; and flexible stations for lower volume jobs.

Our assembly work stations are designed with “Error Proofing Systems”. Work instructions and other quality systems implemented by our Quality and Engineering Departments provide our customers’ assurance that every component part is in place and assembled properly.

Packaging & Shipping

At Whitehall Industries our packaging and shipping department focuses on providing the finished goods to the customer dock in excellent condition.

Many forms of packaging are used from returnable totes and containers to the more simple corrugated containers. Great care is taken to assure the product is received at your location in the same condition it was produced.
