For more than 35 years, Whitehall Industries has been a leader in the design and manufacture of precision aluminum components. We have gained a great deal of experience helping companies find solutions to challenging problems in the medical and architectural lighting industries, in addition to the automotive sector where we are instrumental in reducing weight from vehicles while still maintaining structural integrity.

Our ability to deliver close tolerance aluminum fabricated parts is the result of knowledge gained through years of experience combined with state-of-the-art technology. Based upon the customer's specifications, we fabricate products using several methods including boring, bending (using hydraulic stretch, roll or die) and CNC machining on more than 75 CNC machines with 3-, 4- and 5-axis capabilities. We also employ more than 30 stamping presses with ratings up to 250 tons and a bend profile of 2mm or less. Many of our machines are custom-built and dedicated specific product applications.

As a full-service provider, we offer protective finishing services including anodizing, powder coating, and e-coat. For products requiring assembly, our skilled workforce is able to attach components such as fasteners, plastic pieces and brackets creating a finished end product.
