During the reporting period, UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries, Inc. has not made any payments to governments, including political parties, nor has it made any financial or in-kind political contributions, either directly or indirectly through intermediaries.

The Company maintains robust internal controls, policies and procedures designed to ensure that any payments to government entities, if required, are made strictly on a legal and/or contractual basis, are properly authorized, and are accurately recorded in accordance with applicable financial reporting and audit requirements.

Consistent with our commitments under OEM supplier codes of conduct and our broader ethics and compliance framework,  UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries, Inc. supports transparency in all government related interactions and maintains processes to ensure appropriate disclosure where applicable.

Based on internal review and existing audit and assurance systems, UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries, Inc. is in full compliance with the requirements of ASI Standard 3.3.
